Bio

I attended Jacksonville State University for graduate and undergraduate degrees. I am certified in early (Prek-5)  and middle school ELA, math and social science, reading endorsement and gifted endorsement. I received Temple Elementary Teacher of the Year (2021). I enjoy co-coaching the Academic Team with Mrs. Calas.  I have been teaching in the Carroll County School System at Temple Elementary since 2002. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades in mostly math and science classes. I enjoy working with the students and facilitating them in reaching their goals and becoming lifelong learners.
