All About Mrs. Wagner

Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Katrina Wagner.  I am a 2006 graduate of the University of West Georgia with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Go Wolves! In 2009, I earned my master’s degree in elementary reading and literacy from Walden University.

Temple Elementary has been my home for all 19 years of my teaching career. During that time, I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grades. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and math, but my passion is teaching young learners how to read. There is something magical about teaching a child to read!

My husband Keith and I have been married for 12 years in November. We have 3 sons- Hunter (16), Harrison (9), and Houston (4). We live in Douglasville and are active at Crossroads Church. Our children keep us busy with soccer, flag football, baseball, basketball, and various other activities.

I love being a teacher at Temple Elementary! This year my middle son, Harrison, is in 4th grade at TES. This will be his sixth year as a Temple Tiger! My youngest son, Houston, begins his first year as a Temple Tiger this year. He is in pre-k.

Please let me know how I can assist you and your child in having  a premier experience at TES. It’s a great day to be a tiger!
