Xaviera Kight
STEM Innovation Lab
Hello everyone! My name is Xaviera Kight and I am the STEM Innovation Lab Teacher for grades K-5.
I graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I am dually certified in Special Education. I received my Master of Arts in K-6 Mathematics from Western Governors University. I also received my Education Specialist degree in Advanced Educational Studies from Augusta University.
Prior to teaching at Temple Elementary, I had the honor of attending Temple Elementary, Temple Middle, and Temple High School as a student! I continue to serve the Temple community by volunteering, and I am so proud to call this town my home!
I love to travel the world! I have been so blessed to be able to travel to various countries. I cannot wait to continue my journey to new places. I enjoy hiking, watching movies, playing with my crazy dogs, Rosco and West, and spending quality time with my husband and son.
I foster each student's unique qualities, promote creativity, and aim for success in every way! I am so glad that I can express my passion for teaching to my amazing students, parents, the TES family, and this astounding community.
